My Resume
My name is Melissa, and I have a 2.1 Joint Honors Undergraduate Degree from the University of Glasgow. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Pratt Institute. I have around 5 years of experience from Historic Trappe/The Speaker's House in various fields including archaeology, archives, and museums. Because of my extensive experience at these non-profits, I have been given leading positions over other interns and volunteers. Through my academic endeavors, I have experience in various types of research and am knowledgeable in various database systems and their cataloging schema. My main interests lie in anything Ancient Greek-related, especially ceramics and mythology, but I am also interested in more general archaeology, museum, library, and archival work. (I am debating continuing further study in Classical Archaeology or something similar, but that won't be for a couple of years at least). This page mostly contains my work experience and related professional development. If you are interested in my academic experience, please check out the following pages: Pratt Institute and University of Glasgow.
